# Gouvernement

Sous la conduite du Premier ministre, le Gouvernement détermine et conduit la politique de la Nation. Il dispose de l’administration et de la force armée.

Il est responsable devant le Parlement (art. 3.06 et 3.07 de la [Constitution](https://legimarne.basse-marne.org/bloc-de-constitutionalite/constitution/tres-ancienne-constitution#e6kvig210kbv)).

Le Gouvernement est composé de ministres et autres postes placés sous l’autorité du Premier ministre. C’est un organe collégial et solidaire.
